Size: 9 mm long by 6 mm wide on a 38 mm by 41 mm matrix

Fossil Site: Weeks Formation, Millard County, Utah


Dresbachia TrilobiteDescription: This trilobite is a rare member of the family Menomoniidae, and as such is related to Menomonia, Nephalicephalus, and Densonella. All are highly-sought examples, and few collectors have seen an example of this taxon which bears a resemblance to Menomonia semele, but is far more rare. It is a most affordable example of this rare taxon.
